For us, those values are expressed in these ways:

Your income

In addition to a competitive compensation package, Kaplow offers employee reward programs including employee referral, spot recognition awards and new business incentives.

Your health

Kaplow offers a full portfolio of health and welfare options, including two medical & dental plans, a healthcare reimbursement account, and a vision plan.

Your future

Kaplow offers eligible, full-time employees a 401(k) match and profit-sharing plans to invest in your future.

Your family

We understand the importance of family and we provide all new Moms and Dads with New Child Leave — one month of paid time off upon the birth or adoption of a child. We also offer disability, life insurance and an Employee Assistance Program.

Your life balance

We provide generous vacation time plus 10 holidays, office closure between Christmas and New Year’s, two day-off summer Fridays and shortened summer-Friday hours. Telecommuting and flexible work arrangements are also available to eligible employees.

Your development

We provide access to a broad range of offerings that support the growth and development of your career, because we believe that business success hinges on the talent and commitment of people who continuously pursue personal and professional growth.

Your commute

Employees have the opportunity to use pre-tax dollars to pay for a portion of their travel, including parking at commuter stations.

We have many reasons to celebrate: from individual milestones to holiday events… or just because it’s the first day of spring. We love a good party at Kaplow!
